About the Company

Visa is a global payments technology company that enables transactions between consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and public-sector organizations in more than 200 countries and territories. Its mission is to help people, businesses, and communities move money securely and efficiently, wherever they are.

At Visa, this position offers the chance to contribute to work that has wide-reaching impact, solve important challenges, and grow within an organization whose solutions affect people around the world.

Role Summary

This position sits within the KBO and EKQ Product CVP team and plays a key role in strengthening Visa’s consumer value proposition in the market. The role works closely with regional and CEMEA product leaders, as well as teams in country management, marketing, finance, and other business functions. A major focus is to improve market share and top-of-wallet performance through stronger product offerings, internal capabilities, and partnerships.

Key Focus Areas

  • Oversee current product benefit partners with the goal of improving the customer offering while maintaining an efficient return on Visa’s investment.
  • Support the rollout of new products, including extending current offerings into new markets and creating new variants aligned to regional needs.
  • Identify ongoing opportunities to enhance the value proposition through benefits, services, and overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a solution-oriented advisor and dependable partner to the Head of CVP for KBO and EKQ.
  • Lead multiple CVP projects at once, including launches, improvements, and optimization efforts, covering business cases, systems configuration, pricing, communications, and related activities.
  • Contribute to KBO and EKQ product strategy using consumer research, Visa data, and usage analysis of existing benefits.
  • Assist with budget management by tracking program results and preparing forecasts for finance during budget cycles.
  • Create value propositions that respond to emerging customer needs and new market segments.
  • Develop monetized benefit ecosystems, build strong commercial cases, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with issuing banks to shape differentiated propositions and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare persuasive narratives, sales materials, and activation plans that encourage adoption.
  • Work with internal teams such as the CEMEA CVP Hub, Interchange, Pricing, Marketing, Research, Data Science, Merchant, and Country teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including current benefit providers, while assessing new partnership opportunities.
  • Support programs such as benefits resale that help clients stand out in the market.
  • Use data, customer insights, and market trends to continuously improve propositions.

Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in the financial services and fintech sectors.
  • Prior exposure to the GCC market, along with an understanding of the local payments ecosystem and regulatory environment.
  • Proven background in product development, consumer propositions, value-added services, or card benefits.
  • Strong capability in product strategy, go-to-market execution, revenue ownership, commercial structuring, vendor sourcing, negotiation, partnerships, and cross-functional leadership in complex organizations.
  • Clear understanding of client business needs and how they connect to Visa’s strategy.
  • Strong project management ability and the capacity to deliver on demanding timelines.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and sound financial judgment.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, changing environment.
  • Digitally curious and aware of industry developments, with the ability to apply that insight to product, customer experience, and digital offerings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Work Arrangement

This is an on-site role, although the job description also notes a hybrid working expectation, with office days to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
