Position Overview

The Senior Manager will direct the strategic and operational functions for third-party eProcurement sales channels, managing core functions including onboarding, catalog production, and partner relationship oversight. This role demands cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Technology, and Leadership teams to enhance business-to-business integrations, accelerate adoption of customer platforms, and present performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor teams covering Onboarding & Operations, Catalog Production, and Go-to-Market Partner Relations to drive high performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee performance goals, workflow protocols, and standard operating procedures to ensure scalable customer setups, accurate product catalog delivery, and effective integration assistance.
  • Formulate resource allocation models, plan capacity, and establish operational KPIs to support business growth and team scalability.
  • Manage the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new eProcurement functionalities, customer integrations, and third-party platform deployments to optimize market presence.
  • Coordinate strategic communications with internal sales, external eProcurement platforms, and customers to streamline integration requirements.
  • Accelerate technology adoption and system connectivity to boost revenue growth, focusing on minimizing customer onboarding duration.
  • Implement commercial enablement programs providing sales teams with training, playbooks, and client materials to secure and grow eProcurement-based business.
  • Evaluate channel profitability, conversion rates, and operational costs including transaction fees, to enhance revenue retention and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is required.
  • More than 7 years of experience leading large, cross-functional teams bringing complex technical products or platforms to market.
  • Proven expertise in managing complete go-to-market strategies, digital integration pipelines, or B2B eProcurement operations.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications may compensate for lesser experience in some cases.

Work Environment and Scope

  • This role involves analytical problem-solving and decision-making based on business principles and professional judgment, potentially impacting significant business initiatives.
  • Manages either multiple small teams or a large team via supervisory or managerial staff.
  • Primarily office-based in comfortable indoor settings; minimal physical strain required with occasional lifting of light items.
  • Overnight travel will be frequently required, ranging from 20% to 50% of the time.
