About the Role
The Senior Manager - Entertainment Strategy is instrumental in directing the strategic progress and development of entertainment assets at Qiddiya. Working closely with the Associate Director, this role focuses on shaping and executing the long-term vision for the entertainment portfolio. The position spearheads the initial planning and concept formulation for new entertainment venues, ensuring these initiatives align with Qiddiya's strategic goals, guest experience expectations, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Associate Director in implementing the overall entertainment asset strategies to realize the vision and objectives of the portfolio.
- Oversee the early phases of project development including ideation, pre-concept, and concept stages, contributing throughout development to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offerings and budget goals.
- Create project documentation such as Requests for Proposals, Scopes of Work, strategic briefs, timelines, and metrics for distribution to relevant teams and partners.
- Coordinate with consultants, licensors of intellectual property where applicable, and third parties to guarantee insights, recommendations, and project scope meet business expectations.
- Perform research and benchmarking analysis on various entertainment venues like theme parks and family entertainment centers to support well-informed decision-making.
- Support initial go-live strategies including development of operating models, pricing strategies, sales and marketing plans, and workforce planning; collaborate with internal functions to facilitate implementation.
- Develop and present detailed presentations and materials for both internal teams and external stakeholders to secure alignment, approvals, and convey strategic entertainment initiatives effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in projects related to real estate and entertainment sectors.
