About the Role

This opening is for a Senior Manager - Business Development - APAC based in Bengaluru. The role centers on winning new business in the APAC market, managing the full sales lifecycle, and developing strong client partnerships. It is suited to someone who enjoys B2B SaaS selling and wants to contribute to a global business from India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify promising prospects using tools, databases, and market intelligence.
  • Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to start sales conversations.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline from first contact through to closing the deal.
  • Assess leads, deliver persuasive product presentations, and respond effectively to objections.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business clients while understanding their needs.
  • Monitor industry developments and use market trends to share relevant insights and recommendations with clients.
  • Keep sales activity, client communication, and pipeline status accurately documented in internal systems.

Candidate Profile

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, pre-sales, or account management within B2B/SaaS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-focused, and well organized.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Open to working full-time from the Bangalore office.
