About Dulcedo

  • Attend shoots, events, and athlete-facing activations to ensure strong delivery and high-touch service.
  • Help shape the future direction of the sports division by identifying gaps, new opportunities, and ways to strengthen the roster.
  • Stay current on the sports, media, brand, and creator landscape so athletes are positioned ahead of market movement.

What We Are Looking For

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in athlete management, creator partnerships, sports partnerships, sponsorships, talent management, sports marketing, or a related area.

  • Strong track record of identifying and growing brand partnership opportunities with a mix of strategy and execution.
  • Well-developed instincts in athlete branding, commercial positioning, and relationship management.
  • Solid understanding of the sports, partnership, and digital visibility space.
