Position Overview

This role, based in Ireland and managed by our partner company, requires a Senior IT Operations Engineer to build and uphold a secure, scalable, and highly efficient technology ecosystem supporting a globally dispersed workforce. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, deployment, and enhancement of IT operational strategies to guarantee dependable, scalable, and secure IT solutions.
• Administer and enhance enterprise SaaS applications, including identity management, collaboration software, productivity tools, and device management systems.
• Initiate improvements to IT infrastructure, enforce security standards, boost system performance, and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or workplace technology, demonstrating a successful history of IT environment enhancement.
• Deep expertise in SaaS management, identity and access control, endpoint administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Practical experience managing macOS environments and enterprise device management platforms.
• Competence in administering AI-based enterprise tools, including user provisioning, governance, access, and monitoring.
• Strong grasp of IT infrastructure components, automation, compliance, and operational workflows.
• Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with a strategic and independent approach.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and directing technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical matters to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience thriving in remote, distributed, and asynchronous work settings is highly desirable.
