Role Overview

The Senior Human Resources Recruiter role, based on-site in Winter Garden, FL, entails full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment cycle across corporate, operations, and driver-facing roles. Duties include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process in collaboration with department leaders. The recruiter will establish and nurture talent pipelines, oversee job posting management, and maintain strong candidate relationships to foster a smooth and professional hiring experience.
