It combines strategic hiring, employee relations, HR operations, and team leadership, with an emphasis on using modern HR systems such as Workday to support growth and operational efficiency.

The role suits a seasoned HR leader who can operate effectively in a demanding, high-volume environment with shift-based teams. You will help build a strong HR function, partner with senior leadership, and contribute to a high-performance workplace culture across warehouse, facilities, and office-based teams.

You should have a track record of leading HR professionals, managing complex employee matters, and using HRIS and ATS platforms effectively, with Workday experience especially valuable. Strong Microsoft Office skills, solid knowledge of Texas employment law, and familiarity with federal labor rules are also important.

The position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, along with multiple annual bonus opportunities. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match beginning on day one and comprehensive health coverage. Additional onsite advantages include access to a fitness center, walking paths, and clean, air-conditioned facilities. The company also provides tuition assistance for ongoing education and professional certifications.

Workplace and location

This is a remote role tied to the Irving, Texas area within the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
