Role Overview

We are searching for a Senior Executive in US HR Operations to manage and support HR Shared Services activities focused on US employees from our global business services center. This position involves overseeing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, managing payroll coordination, facilitating HR documentation, and addressing employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of US-based employees, including updating HR systems and managing related documentation and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with US-specific HR regulatory processes such as I-9, E-Verify, W-4 filings, background checks, and new hire reporting.
  • Respond promptly to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, leaves, and general HR services through email and ticket management platforms.
  • Maintain accurate payroll inputs, employee database updates, and generate required HR reports.
  • Track key metrics, adhere to service level agreements, and provide timely operational support to US HR teams.
  • Engage with US stakeholders within Eastern Standard Time business hours to facilitate smooth HR operations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
  • Experience in handling US HR operations within GCC centers or international HR environments is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with US HR processes and compliance standards is essential.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer service capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and various HR information systems.
  • Availability and willingness to work during US Eastern Time shifts (approximately 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST).

Preferred Candidate Attributes

  • Current employment in GCC-based HR Operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency managing the complete employee lifecycle for US HR operations.
  • Comfort and readiness to work during US Eastern Time zone hours.
