Role Summary
The Senior HR Generalist will manage a broad range of human resources functions, from hiring and onboarding through performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. This position is based in the Riyadh Region and requires full-time on-site presence. The role calls for close collaboration with leadership, managers, and other stakeholders to provide practical HR guidance, maintain accurate records, support payroll coordination, and use people data to inform decisions. The position also contributes to engagement, retention, culture building, training support, and broader organizational improvement initiatives.
Key Duties
- Run end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support and monitor performance management activities.
- Handle employee relations matters and respond to staff queries.
- Guide managers on day-to-day HR practices and employee management.
- Develop, apply, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local labor requirements and business goals.
- Administer employee benefits and coordinate with vendors or other stakeholders as needed.
- Keep HR records accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Assist with payroll coordination in partnership with relevant teams.
- Resolve workplace concerns and help maintain a positive work environment.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Support HR projects such as training programs, organizational development activities, and process enhancements.
- Provide leadership with HR insights, reports, and data-driven recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- Solid background in human resources and HR management, with exposure to varied team and business needs.
- Practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, ideally in a senior generalist capacity.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain HR policies aligned with local laws and organizational priorities.
- Experience with employee benefits administration, including vendor coordination and employee support.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good organizational and analytical capability, with a strong eye for detail in documentation and reporting.
- Comfort using HRIS or other HR software, along with MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- HR credentials such as SHRM, CIPD, or an equivalent certification are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR practices in Riyadh or the wider Middle East is highly desirable.
- Ability to work full time on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate in a multicultural, education-oriented setting.
