Senior Graphic Designer - Contract

Overview

Aditi Consulting's Products & Industries Creative team is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer for a contract position. This role demands a highly skilled, innovative designer capable of assisting internal teams in addressing complex marketing challenges through strong conceptualization, design expertise, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt flexibly across teams throughout the contract period, contributing both big-picture campaign designs and detailed creative assets.
• Create creative campaigns, e-books, email content, and social media materials.
• Design webpages, presentations, and immersive experiences for major events such as Dreamforce, the world’s largest software conference.
• Deliver additional design support as required by internal clients and the wider creative department.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Facilitate collaboration between clients and creative teams to deliver design solutions.
• Lead well-prepared presentations that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Promote progressive and innovative design approaches while ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating closely with project managers to ensure deadlines are met.
• Offer clear, professional points of view in design discussions.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn about the business context and industry of clients and customers.
• Work with vendors and freelancers alongside an Art Director to give clear creative guidance and constructive feedback.

Technical Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Practical experience with AI design workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
• Working knowledge of After Effects is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The standard base pay range for this role is $50 to $54 per hour. Non-exempt status allows eligibility for overtime pay at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours exceeding 40 weekly, in accordance with local laws. Final compensation varies based on expertise, education, and experience.
