About the Organization
The Philadelphia Eagles are one of the NFL’s most established and widely recognized franchises. Guided by Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lurie, the organization is known for a strong commitment to excellence both on and off the field. Through its influence and platform, the team supports initiatives such as autism research and care, youth football, social justice, sustainability, and other community-focused efforts. Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Super Bowl LII and LIX champions, is designed to deliver a safe, clean, and welcoming experience for every guest.
The culture across the organization is built on passion, creativity, dedication, and collaboration, with team members working across functions to help sustain a winning environment. This role is based in Philadelphia, PA and works onsite.
Role Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer will lead creative direction and shape the organization’s visual identity, making sure branding stays consistent, fresh, and high-impact across all communications. The position works closely with teams across the business to develop and deliver strong visual solutions for both digital and physical spaces, including the Jefferson Health Training Complex and Lincoln Financial Field.
Along with core design work, the role includes art direction during photoshoots, supporting image capture and curation, and performing detailed photo editing and retouching to keep visuals aligned across every platform. The designer will also act as a creative mentor, helping junior teammates grow while maintaining high standards across campaigns, events, partnerships, and internal initiatives.
Reporting Line
This position reports to the Graphic Design Director in the Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers concept development, execution, brand stewardship, collaboration, mentorship, and production oversight across a wide range of creative projects.
Desired Competencies
- Own decisions and follow through with accountability.
- Communicate with honesty and act with strong ethical standards.
- Build productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Focus on outcomes and make timely, practical decisions.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and new ideas.
- Organize work effectively and keep projects moving to completion.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and high-quality output.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a similar field is preferred, although equivalent professional experience may also be considered. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, agency, media, or another brand-focused setting.
A strong portfolio is required, showing capability in branding, photography, photo editing, campaign development, digital and print design, and visual storytelling. Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is expected; familiarity with Figma and After Effects is an added advantage. The role also calls for a solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, production workflows, and digital design best practices, along with excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
The candidate must be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working effectively in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
