About Agri-Neo
Agri-Neo is focused on improving food safety so the world can be fed more safely. The company develops treatment technologies and systems designed to raise standards for a range of foods. Its initial offering, Neo-Pure, uses proprietary liquid formulations and application systems for spices, seeds, herbs, and nuts in food processing environments. These solutions are intended to reduce harmful pathogens such as Salmonella and other quality indicators including TPC and coliforms, helping food remain safe to consume and lowering the risk of recalls. Agri-Neo works with customers across North America, Latin America, South America, China, Egypt, and other regions, including large-scale food processors operating at high throughput. The business is expanding adoption of its products at mainstream customer sites to support new standards in food safety and food quality.
Role Overview
Agri-Neo is seeking a driven and articulate Senior Global Sales Manager to join the commercial team in Toronto, Canada. This role is centered on selling Neo-Pure systems to the nuts, seeds, and grains industry worldwide, with coverage excluding Africa, Australia, and China. The position requires a strong background in technical sales, a history of closing complex deals, and the ability to explain a technical product clearly in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle for Neo-Pure system opportunities, from lead generation through contract close.
- Build pipeline by identifying prospects through research, events, conferences, tradeshows, and networking.
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calls, meetings, and other outreach methods to generate interest and convert opportunities.
- Develop and deliver persuasive product presentations and sales proposals that communicate the value of the solution.
- Screen leads against qualification criteria and progress only the best-fit opportunities.
- Work with internal Science and Engineering teams to prepare materials and respond to due diligence questions.
- Create a compelling financial case for each prospect, including ROI and economic justification.
- Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contracting to secure system sales.
- Maintain accurate records of lead and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Track market developments, competitor actions, and broader industry trends.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of experience selling technical or industrial equipment, along with a minimum of 5 years selling into the nuts, seeds, and grains sector, which is strongly preferred. You should have a proven history of winning complex, high-value sales and be highly motivated to bring in new business. A solid grasp of business fundamentals, strong technical curiosity, and the ability to quickly understand food safety technology are essential. Comfort with active prospecting, relationship building, and sales conversations is also important. The role requires a valid passport and driver’s license, as well as the ability to travel more than half the time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field with a strong technical foundation.
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience in technical or industrial equipment.
- 5+ years of experience selling to the nuts, seeds, and grains industry, preferred.
- Strong history of achieving sales targets in complex, high-value deals.
- Hunter-style sales mindset with a strong drive to win new accounts.
- Excellent business judgment and customer-facing experience.
- Ability to understand technical product details quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Skilled in persuasion, negotiation, and handling objections.
- Capable of influencing stakeholders and securing internal and external alignment.
- Strong presentation ability, including simplifying technical information for different audiences.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn technical product features.

Working Conditions
This role is based in Toronto, Canada. Travel is expected to exceed 50% of the time, including international travel.
