Position Overview

This role is for an experienced Full-Stack Developer comfortable working independently and across both backend and frontend environments. You will rely on PHP as a core technology while managing JavaScript complexities. The ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous setting, taking initiative and delivering high-quality results without requiring constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage your time while aligning with company priorities
• Develop and enhance new and existing features throughout various platforms
• Refactor and improve codebases to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Create comprehensive tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end to maintain software reliability
• Participate actively throughout the software development lifecycle, including ideation and deployment stages
• Engage in technical discussions to influence application architecture and infrastructure choices
• Operate proficiently across the full technological stack, from backend systems to frontend interfaces
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies to streamline workflows and reduce unnecessary effort
• Own your assignments fully, ensuring the production of maintainable and high-standard code

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10 or more years of PHP development expertise, preferably with Symfony or Zend frameworks
• At least 12 years of experience working with web applications, witnessing web technology evolutions and future-proofing solutions
• Over 6 years of work involving modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js, React, Nuxt, or Next.js
• Comprehensive understanding of scalable web system architectures, including monolithic, microservices, and hybrid models
• Excellent communication skills suitable for explaining technical subjects to diverse audiences
• Strong affinity for automated testing methodologies, including TDD
• Practical experience developing and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Proficient in debugging, software algorithms, and design with PHP
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Hands-on experience deploying and scaling in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Deep understanding of web security principles including encryption, authentication, and authorization
