Senior Finance Functional Consultant

Role Overview

HSN Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance functional consultant with solid exposure to EPC operations. The position focuses on translating business finance needs into Oracle Fusion Financials solutions and supporting implementation work end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and shape solution designs for Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Align EPC finance workflows such as project accounting, billing, revenue recognition, retention handling, and cost allocation with Oracle capabilities.
• Perform fit-gap assessments, configure the solution, support SIT/UAT cycles, and assist during go-live.
• Ensure smooth coordination with PPM modules for project costing and billing, as well as with Procurement.
• Help with financial reporting, period-end close processes, and audit-related support.

Candidate Profile

The ideal professional brings strong Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience and a practical understanding of EPC finance operations. The role also calls for hands-on knowledge of core finance modules, customer-facing communication, and the ability to deliver in a deadline-driven environment.
