Its portfolio spans electrical and electronic products used in power generation, distribution, control, protection, and end-use applications. The business is organized into three strategic units: Switchgear & Protection, Power Busbars, and Wiring Accessories. The company has a workforce of more than 4,000 people, including around 400 engineers, operates 19 modern manufacturing facilities, maintains 20 sales offices across India, and exports to 78 countries. It also runs multiple joint ventures and a fully owned subsidiary focused on telecom power supply solutions.

Role Overview

The Senior Executive will manage customer segments within a defined region and drive sales and distribution for electrical products. The position requires strong market understanding, relationship management, and experience working with government and infrastructure-related accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all customer segments within the assigned region.
• Oversee sales and distribution activities for electrical products.
• Work with government bodies and institutional departments such as MES, PWD, CPWD, and PSUs.
• Build familiarity with market segments including builders, industries, and panel builders.
• Identify and pursue potential customers in the designated territory.
• Support revenue growth through repeat and expanded business from existing customers.

Product Exposure

The role involves prior exposure to low-voltage switchgear products such as ACB, RCB, MCB, DB, and control gear.
