Role overview
This position is for a motivated Business Development Associate to support growth in Ghana. The role is centered on sales-led business expansion within the events space, with an emphasis on winning new clients, identifying promising opportunities, and strengthening the company’s footprint in the market.
What you will do
You will actively source and qualify leads, introduce the platform to event organisers and partners, and move prospects through the sales process toward successful closure. Rather than only managing existing relationships, this role calls for someone who can create new opportunities, turn interest into commitments, and help drive measurable growth.
