Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and elaborate innovative product ideas in detail.
- Conduct thorough concept and product testing for newly developed products.
- Oversee project management including gate network processes for new product launches.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as packaging vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure successful product commercialization.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute effective launch plans and networks.
Experience and Skills Required
- Prior experience in FMCG sales covering both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
- Preferably experienced within the personal care product categories.
- Demonstrated background in New Product Development is a distinct advantage.
- Self-motivated individual willing to engage hands-on with tasks.
- Strong ambition for exceptional growth and performance.
Performance Metrics
- Revenue generation from new product development projects.
- Timely completion and delivery of projects.
- Product quality ratings and customer feedback assessment.
