About the role

This position is for an experienced Senior Events Executive who already has more than 3 years of industry exposure and has worked in, or is currently working in, an agency environment. The right person will be motivated to deliver strong results, adaptable in a fast-moving agency setup, and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality event work.

You should feel confident operating in live event settings and be ready to support and lead activations. The role calls for someone who can work independently, while also contributing to major client accounts and taking ownership of parts of selected projects from start to finish.

A strong sense of teamwork and a sharp eye for detail are essential. You’ll need to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues with ease. Please note that evening and weekend availability is required as part of client delivery.

Event operations and delivery

  • Take full responsibility for operational delivery across multiple events of varying scale, from early planning through to execution.
  • Build and roll out detailed delivery plans together with the Account Manager.
  • Handle event logistics end to end, including venue research and management, on-site branding, audio-visual coordination, catering planning, registration management, ambassador or host staffing, and ensuring a high-quality on-site guest experience.

Financial and supplier management

  • Help shape initial project budgets with the wider account team.
  • Monitor, manage, and control supplier spend across the life of each project.
  • Ensure delivery stays within agreed budget limits.
  • Brief, coordinate, and oversee third-party suppliers and promotional staff through delivery and post-event feedback.

Client, team, and stakeholder communication

  • Join client meetings and contribute actively to planning and discussions.
  • Prepare and keep accurate project documentation up to date.
  • Share progress clearly and consistently with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates both internally and externally to keep everyone aligned.
  • Work smoothly across teams to keep projects moving forward.

Project management, creativity, and brand representation

  • Handle several projects at once while prioritising deadlines and deliverables effectively.
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to brainstorming sessions across different projects.
  • Carry out research to support pitches, proposals, and internal initiatives.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals using tools such as PowerPoint.
  • Represent the organisation professionally and act as a strong brand ambassador at all times.
  • Complete project administration whenever needed.

Core competencies

  • Consistently delivers event experiences that meet or exceed client objectives and KPIs.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy while managing multiple deadlines and workstreams.
  • Contributes to seamless project delivery from planning through to live execution.
  • Can work independently and take initiative without close supervision.
  • Has a solid background in event, activation, and logistics-led projects.
  • Can confidently build project plans, schedules, and post-event reports.
  • Understands budget tracking, supplier management, and cost control.
  • Has experience using project management tools and systems to manage workflow efficiently.
  • Supports clear project goals that align with client needs.
  • Looks for ways to improve delivery, efficiency, and attendee experience.
  • Helps drive account growth through proactive thinking and reliable execution.
  • Takes ownership of assigned projects and operational workstreams.
  • Manages budgets, timelines, and supplier outputs with care and accountability.
  • Maintains quality across event elements and client deliverables.
  • Gives clear direction to internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
  • Communicates confidently with clients and stakeholders throughout each stage.
  • Uses proactive problem-solving and forward planning to keep work on track.
