About Titan
Titan is building a platform that pairs Series A to C startup founders with elite founder coaches. The company’s belief is that society improves fastest when the thinking of its leaders improves. Titan is profitable, backed by venture investors, and has grown quickly since launch.
The business launched 18 months ago and has already surpassed $10M in annual recurring revenue with a team of four. In the last two weeks, it added another $5M in ARR of inbound interest, putting it on track to reach $15M ARR by the end of the month.
Role overview
As the Founding Account Executive, you will partner closely with the founders across the entire revenue process. Your work will span prospecting, pitching, and closing $80k ACV engagements with Series A to C founders who are backed by firms such as Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, Index, and Benchmark.
The role is based in Brooklyn, NY and requires working onsite five days per week.
Compensation
- Year 1 total on-target earnings: $250k-$400k
- Year 2 total on-target earnings: $400k-$600k

- Someone assertive enough to challenge strong founder and CEO personalities while still building trust.
- A consultative salesperson who has sold ambitious, complex outcomes to sophisticated buyers such as CXOs or high-net-worth individuals, rather than simple packaged SaaS offers.

The company’s coach network includes 48 former founders with multiple $300M+ exits, CEOs with $2B+ IPOs, and coaches who have supported more than 12 founders from Seed stage through Unicorn status. The coaching results have included founders from Figma, Notion, Plaid, Rippling, Superhuman, Oura, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Function Health during their Series A to C stages.
You will work directly with the founder/CEO to help push the company toward $30M ARR this year and $60M ARR next year. Beyond closing deals, you will serve as an advisor and trusted confidant to founder clients, while also networking with ex-founders who have achieved $1B+ exits in order to recruit them as Titan coaches.
