Senior Equity Research Analyst

Role Overview

Shree Sharda Group, a family office managing multiple asset classes, is looking for a seasoned Equity Research Analyst with strong interest and expertise in fundamental investing and IPO research. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including remote, hybrid, or office-based work, with preference for the right-fit candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of IPO opportunities, covering RHP review, sector context, valuation work, and overall investment attractiveness.
• Spot high-conviction ideas across listed small-cap, mid-cap, and SME businesses, typically with a medium-term view of 3–5 quarters.
• Monitor companies, sectors, earnings trends, and valuation movements to translate research into actionable investment ideas.
• Draft well-supported research notes and investment recommendations based on analysis.

Experience and Profile

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant background in equity research, PMS, family office investing, buy-side, sell-side, or institutional research is required.
• Deep understanding of business fundamentals, valuation methods, and market cycles is important.
• Prior exposure to IPO evaluation and fundamental investing is strongly preferred.
• Candidates who demonstrate independent judgment, distinctive research insight, and a genuine investing mindset will stand out.
• Experience in quantitative research, programming, or systematic investing will be considered an advantage.

Compensation
