About the Role
Uber Eats is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to oversee and enhance relationships with major Enterprise Partners in Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise, this vital position centers on fostering strategic expansion and ensuring Uber Eats remains the preferred delivery choice for key partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact at the headquarters level for critical Enterprise accounts, building enduring relationships to boost financial outcomes, marketing efforts, engagement, and overall partner satisfaction.
- Lead commercial negotiations and deal-making with enterprise partners aimed at securing sustainable long-term growth.
- Facilitate operational enhancements with partners to guarantee optimal user experience, ensuring delivery accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with partners to craft growth initiatives, such as opening new locations, piloting new business models like Uber Direct, and improving sales via marketing and menu optimization.
- Use data-driven approaches to quantify performance, prioritizing initiatives that yield the highest return on investment.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams both locally and globally—including Product, Support, and Central Operations—to address issues and implement product and operational improvements.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years in account management or relevant commercial roles with executive-level client experience and proven success in exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong executive presence.
- Proficiency in leading and negotiating complex, multi-layered deals involving business strategy, finance, and legal considerations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and business judgment.
- Demonstrated project management expertise to develop detailed joint business plans and consistently surpass expectations.
- High energy, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Willingness to engage hands-on with top-tier partners to drive results.
- Preferably experience within technology or food delivery sectors.
