Senior Education Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Education Consultant to support students and families through college and high school application planning. This role combines academic advising, application coaching, family communication, and market development activities in the United States.

What You Will Do

• Meet with students and parents to discuss academic progress, extracurricular plans, and overall preparation goals.
• Oversee each student’s academic, standardized test, and extracurricular planning so their profile stays aligned with application targets.
• Guide students through the full college or high school application journey, including school selection, essay development, and completion of all application materials.
• Keep communication with students and parents consistent, clear, and responsive.
• Develop and expand market channels across the United States and support different marketing initiatives and events.
• Handle additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from a university ranked in the top 30 by U.S. News.
• Genuine interest in mentoring students through academic, extracurricular, and personal challenges.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple students and parents at the same time.
• Comfort managing expectations and advising families during high-pressure situations.
• Excellent English communication skills, with particularly strong writing ability.
• Confidence in delivering marketing presentations effectively.
• Strong self-drive and solid analytical/logical thinking skills.
