Senior Dispatch Agent

Role Overview

This position focuses on dispatch operations, including cross-border trucking coordination, heavy-weight dispatch, and on-road support. The role requires ensuring that assigned processes are completed accurately, on time, and in line with both internal guidelines and external compliance standards.

Key Duties

• Manage dispatch activities for trucking operations, with an emphasis on cross-border movement and heavy-weight shipments.
• Track work progress to make sure tasks are finished within deadlines and with full accuracy.
• Follow established procedures and standards while maintaining completeness and compliance.
• Spot irregularities or exceptions as they occur and resolve them using approved rules and procedures.
• Escalate complex operational issues to senior team members when needed.
• Support on-road operations and coordinate the flow of dispatch-related work.

Skills and Capabilities

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools and general PC usage.
• Good planning and organizational ability.
• Effective interpersonal communication.
• Problem-solving and judgment in routine operational situations.
