Job description
The opportunity
Unity is a leading platform used to create and scale games and interactive experiences. In the mobile ecosystem, the company supports developers and publishers with solutions that help drive user acquisition, monetization, and mediation, enabling durable and high-performing businesses.
This opening is for a Senior Director, EMEA Client Partnerships to oversee the strategic client portfolio across the region. It is a senior commercial leadership position focused on guiding a regional organization of Client Partners and Performance Managers, accelerating revenue, strengthening senior customer relationships, and influencing Unity’s market approach across EMEA.
In this role, you will act as the leader for some of Unity’s most important mobile gaming customers in the region. You will define the vision and operating cadence for strategic account growth, broader adoption of Unity’s advertising ecosystem, and strong client outcomes. Success in this role depends on leading through your team, combining strategic account management, disciplined execution, and collaboration across functions so Unity remains a trusted long-term growth partner.
What you'll be doing
- Guide and coach a regional group of Client Partners and Performance Managers across EMEA, fostering a culture built on ownership, teamwork, and measurable customer value.
- Be accountable for regional commercial results across strategic accounts, including revenue expansion, retention, and growth across Unity’s user acquisition, monetization, and mediation offerings.
- Define and execute the regional account plan, covering customer focus, coverage approach, growth strategy, and senior stakeholder engagement in priority markets.
- Act as an executive sponsor for Unity’s most strategic EMEA customers, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and positioning Unity as a long-term advisor.
- Work with your teams to uncover and convert new opportunities across the Unity platform, including upsell, cross-sell, and wider partnership expansion.
- Oversee the regional Performance Management function so onboarding, optimization, campaign delivery, and ongoing support are handled with high quality and consistency.
- Put in place strong operating routines across the region, such as forecasting, pipeline checks, account planning, business reviews, and performance management.
- Promote tight coordination between Client Partners and Performance Managers to ensure clear responsibilities, strong communication, and reliable delivery against client objectives.
- Support broader commercial planning and organizational direction by helping define how Unity grows its strategic customer base across EMEA.
What we're looking for
- Substantial experience in mobile gaming, AdTech, digital advertising, or a closely related field, with a strong grasp of user acquisition, monetization, mediation, and performance-led commercial models.
- Demonstrated success in senior client leadership, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or account management, including ownership of complex and high-value customer relationships.
- Strong track record in people leadership, including managing and developing senior client-facing teams across multiple countries or regions.
- Experience handling both strategic commercial work and execution-oriented account or performance management responsibilities.
- Ability to operate effectively at regional scale while balancing customer growth, team effectiveness, and operational discipline.
- Strong executive presence with the credibility to influence senior external stakeholders and internal cross-functional leaders.
- Highly commercial mindset with experience in forecasting, business planning, prioritization, and leading teams toward revenue and retention targets.
- Excellent English communication and presentation ability; additional European languages are advantageous.
You might also have
- Background in regional go-to-market strategy or market expansion programs.
- Good understanding of the mobile gaming publisher environment across EMEA.
- Experience shaping product direction, commercial structures, or service delivery models using customer and market input.
- Proven ability to build scalable operating processes and high-performing teams in international settings.

- Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
