In this position, you will manage high-value B2B technology accounts and build marketing programs that bring together brand building, demand generation, content, paid media, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation to drive measurable business results.
The job combines strategic ownership with practical execution, so you should be comfortable steering complex initiatives while remaining closely involved when needed.
You will serve as a trusted partner to senior client leaders, turning business goals into scalable, performance-oriented marketing plans.
Beyond client-facing leadership, you will also help coach teams, raise delivery quality, and improve overall account performance.
The role additionally gives you a chance to contribute to agency leadership by influencing growth direction, operating structures, and organizational evolution.
Key accountabilities

- Direct cross-functional teams in creating campaign plans, briefs, reporting structures, and performance analysis.
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts, improve results, and broaden marketing offerings.
- Provide practical strategic support for marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and/or Marketo, including logic design, segmentation, and lifecycle planning.
- Make sure reporting and analytics clearly tie marketing performance to business impact and usable recommendations.
- Coach internal teams, build stronger account leadership capability, and elevate client service standards.
- Work with senior leaders to support account retention, profitability, and broader agency growth goals.

- Experience building and overseeing full-funnel programs tied to business metrics such as pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Strong capability in turning complex marketing data into clear strategic guidance and executive-ready narratives.
- Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, or similar systems.
