Role overview
This position is for a senior strategist who will act as a high-trust advisor to enterprise clients, guiding major digital change programs that improve customer experience, personalization, AI-led operations, content supply chain performance, and measurable business outcomes.
The role is also responsible for influencing executive decision-makers, shaping customer direction, supporting consulting growth, and helping advance new ideas and methods across the consulting organization.
Enterprise strategy and executive advisory
- Run large transformation engagements spanning digital experience, personalization, analytics, content operations, and customer journey orchestration.
- Work closely with senior leaders such as CMOs, CDOs, marketing heads, and digital transformation leaders to set priorities and build strategic roadmaps.
- Facilitate executive-level workshops using benchmarking, journey mapping, organizational analysis, value-realization tools, and market insights.
- Lead consultative discussions that are tied to business metrics, customer outcomes, and measurable value.
- Recommend improvements in operating models, governance, process redesign, and digital maturity.
Adobe Experience Cloud leadership
- Bring strong expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud products and related enterprise digital ecosystems.
- Advise clients on adoption strategies involving Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Align customer business goals with the capabilities of the Adobe platform stack.
- Help create consulting approaches, delivery methods, accelerators, and strategic assets.
AI transformation and innovation
- Drive AI-enabled programs focused on personalization, automation, content intelligence, journey optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Shape conversations around AI readiness and scalable AI-native transformation.
- Support innovation efforts that improve consulting scale, delivery quality, and client impact.
- Track emerging industry trends and translate them into future-state transformation plans.
Leadership, mentoring, and business growth
- Lead strategic consulting workstreams across multiple regions, industries, and cross-functional teams.
- Coach consultants and strategists to build stronger strategic problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to consulting growth, renewals, and deeper executive relationships.
- Build collaborative partnerships with customers, regional teams, sales groups, and leadership.
- Participate in thought leadership, industry events, customer sessions, and innovation programs.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA is strongly preferred.
- 11 to 12 years of experience in digital strategy, enterprise consulting, transformation programs, or customer experience work.
- Proven exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud and broader marketing technology ecosystems.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience handling complex transformation programs and consulting engagements.
