What you will be responsible for
- Leading creative strategy and hands-on execution across a range of client accounts.
- Developing concepts, refining iterations, and writing clear briefs that direct production work.
- Managing and supporting junior creative strategists and designers working on your accounts.
- Working closely with Performance Strategists to convert data insights into actionable creative direction.
- Reviewing live campaigns after launch and using those learnings to improve future iterations.

Location and working pattern
The role is based on Kent Street in Sydney, New South Wales. It is a full-time position with working hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and includes one day of work-from-home flexibility each week.
