Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reporting and analysis of production costs, identifying key variances against budgets and month-over-month data to guide decision-making and optimize production expenses.
- Lead routine cost planning by setting cost allocation criteria across factories.
- Assess cost implications of changes in recipes, raw materials, production methods, and packaging materials.
- Perform simulations for new SKUs and production plans, calculating business activity costs to support management decisions such as rework, material write-offs, production stoppages, research and development trials, production and quality losses, material changes, and make-or-buy analyses.
- Track category profitability, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize profits.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models projecting future performance and evaluating new business and investment prospects, including conducting ad-hoc scenario analyses.
- Ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare statutory and management financial projections, including transfer pricing definition and assessment.
- Collaborate closely with multiple departments to deliver financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations through active business partnering.
- Align work with the company’s Sustainability Policy, promoting compliance with sustainability goals and global ESG commitments and integrating sustainable development principles into operational activities.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in General Business Management or related disciplines.
- Professional certification in Cost Accounting such as CMA or CIMA.
