This opportunity is for a Senior Copywriter in Canada, working on behalf of a partner organization that handles the application process and all subsequent steps. The position is designed for a creative writer who can produce persuasive, audience-focused messaging for a multi-brand environment serving higher education and healthcare audiences.

You will shape content that helps adult learners and working professionals make meaningful education decisions. The role combines strategic messaging with hands-on copy creation across email, web, social, display, and video. It also operates in a high-volume studio that uses AI-supported workflows, so strong judgment, speed, and accuracy are all essential. Close partnership with art directors, strategists, and creative leaders will be part of the day-to-day work, along with a leadership mindset that includes mentoring and elevating team standards.

Key accountabilities

  • Develop clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy for email, paid social, display, web, and video assets.
  • Adjust voice, tone, and messaging to suit multiple healthcare and education brands while preserving each brand’s distinct style and compliance needs.
  • Work hand in hand with creative, design, and strategy teams to make sure copy fits smoothly into campaigns and deliverables.
  • Support and coach junior copywriters by offering practical feedback, guidance, and quality checks.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to speed up ideation, revision, and production without losing editorial quality.
  • Coordinate several active projects at once and deliver work on time in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Help shape campaign strategy, messaging structures, and concept development with cross-functional teammates.
  • Ensure all materials align with brand, audience, and regulatory expectations, especially in healthcare and education contexts.
