- Supervise and mentor Consultants and Analysts in daily tasks.
- Contribute to project timelines and flag potential risks proactively.
- Manage integration workstreams, such as functional area Day 1 plans, autonomously.
As a leader, you will advance your personal growth, represent the firm positively, and collaborate to meet both internal and client objectives by aligning team efforts and taking ownership of deliverables. Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to identify opportunities based on industry trends.

- Proven experience delivering finance transformation or integration projects independently.
- Strong analytical aptitude with problem-solving skills for complex finance issues.
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities, contribute to plans, and escalate project risks effectively.
- Experience leading client discussions, managing data requests, and building cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to coach junior team members and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills to foster consensus in dynamic settings.
- Skilled in preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced consulting environment.
