Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization that will handle all applications and the following stages of the process. The employer is seeking a Senior Community Manager who can work from Saudi Arabia in a remote setup.

This is not a conventional community role. Instead, it centers on architecting and guiding a connected ecosystem of contributors, enterprise customers, partners, and users. The position is focused on shaping how different stakeholder groups interact and generate shared value within a layered network.

The role is intended for someone who can strengthen trust, cohesion, and long-term engagement across a global ecosystem built on relationships rather than short-term transactions. It requires a strategic approach to designing structures that help communities grow in value, loyalty, and connectivity over time.

The working environment is deeply analytical and systems-driven, calling for both strong interpersonal judgment and design-oriented strategic thinking. You will work closely with senior leaders to uncover growth opportunities, improve ecosystem health, and enhance interactions across the network.

Overall, this is a high-impact position for a professional who sees modern community work as the design of scalable human networks.

Key responsibilities

  • Shape the ecosystem framework, including the ways users, contributors, clients, and partners connect and create mutual value.
  • Design and sustain relationship strategies that deepen trust and engagement across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Spot ecosystem risks, sentiment changes, and trust gaps early, then respond with clear communication approaches.
  • Develop feedback loops between the community and the product team, turning ecosystem insights into practical recommendations for leadership.
  • Build rituals, recognition practices, and storytelling structures that strengthen identity and belonging.
  • Support expansion decisions by assessing new segments and markets through the lens of community and network dynamics.
  • Work with leadership to improve resilience, limit fragmentation, and increase retention and loyalty across the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in community management, ecosystem leadership, or network-focused roles.
  • Background in multi-sided environments such as marketplaces, SaaS ecosystems, or distributed networks.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse groups, including enterprise and grassroots communities.
  • A strategic perspective with a solid understanding of network effects and ecosystem behavior.
  • Comfort working with engagement, retention, and ecosystem health data.
  • Excellent communication skills for both executive-level and community-level audiences.
  • Experience using community insights to influence strategy or product decisions.
  • Strong ownership and the ability to work independently in complex settings.
  • High emotional intelligence paired with structured, systems-level thinking.

Perks and benefits

  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly work arrangement.
  • Chance to influence a high-impact global ecosystem.
  • High ownership and meaningful strategic decision-making responsibility.
  • Collaborative, purpose-driven, and intellectually engaging culture.
  • Exposure to international, multi-stakeholder network dynamics.
  • Strong career growth potential in a senior ecosystem leadership role.
  • Direct input into product, strategy, and organizational direction.
