About the Role
Threshold is hiring a Senior Client Success Manager for a full-time remote position in the United States. The role offers a flexible salary of $80,000 depending on skills and experience. This is a senior client-facing position for an experienced digital marketing professional who can independently guide complex accounts, shape strategy, and act as a trusted partner to executive-level clients.
You will own a portfolio of digital marketing clients and help them understand not just how their campaigns are performing, but the reasons behind the results and the next best actions to take. The work involves strategic leadership, data interpretation, client communication, and close coordination with internal specialists to drive strong outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main strategic contact for a portfolio of digital marketing clients, building strong relationships through proactive updates and consultative guidance.
- Run recurring client calls, performance reviews, and quarterly business discussions, turning campaign results into clear business insights and practical next steps.
- Review performance data across Google Ads, Meta, GA4, websites, and reporting tools to spot patterns, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Create strategic recommendations around campaign improvements, budget distribution, channel strategy, messaging, and lead generation results.
- Work closely with Paid Media, Creative, SEO, Reporting, Automation, and Operations teams to ensure client work is delivered accurately and on time.
- Handle client requests from initial intake through completion, keeping context, tracking progress, and sharing status updates throughout.
- Spot risks to client satisfaction or campaign performance early and partner with internal teams to resolve issues before they grow.
- Identify expansion opportunities and additional services that support client goals.
- Keep project records, timelines, and client information accurate in agency systems.
- Help improve processes, documentation, and best practices to strengthen client service and internal efficiency.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, digital marketing, or agency account services.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and digital marketing performance measures.
- Ability to evaluate campaign data and convert it into strategic recommendations for the business.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities, including confidence when speaking with executive stakeholders.
- Strong organization skills with the capacity to manage several clients, projects, and priorities at once.
- Experience with project management tools such as Accelo, Asana, Monday.com, Basecamp, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, including comfort working through ambiguity.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Careful attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Background in a fast-moving agency environment and/or the multifamily sector is required.
- Experience supporting multifamily, student housing, real estate, or multi-location marketing accounts is preferred.
- Self-driven, adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
- Understanding of property management systems and operational KPIs used in the multifamily and student housing space.
Compensation
The role includes a flexible annual salary of $80,000, depending on skill set and experience.
