Role overview
Impact Guru is hiring a Senior Business Development Associate to drive sales growth in the personal loan segment from direct channels in Bangalore Rural. The position focuses on expanding business, strengthening customer relationships, and improving client satisfaction through coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales plans aimed at meeting targets in the personal loan segment through direct selling channels.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with current customers to support repeat business and cross-selling.
- Find new opportunities through networking, referrals, and market analysis to widen the business footprint.
- Work closely with internal departments to address customer concerns and enhance the service experience.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in general insurance sales or a comparable field sales role.
- Good knowledge of secured lending products such as mortgages and home loans, along with unsecured products like credit cards.
- A demonstrated history of meeting sales goals in an agency channel or a similar setup.
Eligibility
