Your Mission

As a Senior Business Controller, you will collaborate closely with the CFO to support the company's financial management. This involves providing insightful analyses and structured decision-making foundations. You will contribute to enhancing our controlling and reporting structures, ensuring transparency in our economic performance. Your role requires a blend of analytical prowess and entrepreneurial thinking to significantly shape WINDROSE's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the budget and forecast processes, generating impactful reports that include plan vs. actual analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Develop rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish a company-wide KPI framework and advance the development of liquidity planning for transparent performance management.
• Support the creation and implementation of a hedging strategy to mitigate currency risks, continuously optimizing it with external partners.
• Analyze and refine payment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage reporting and communication with external stakeholders and authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist strategic initiatives through rigorous financial analysis, preparing business cases, and decision memos.
• Actively drive the enhancement of controlling processes, tools, and systems.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Corporate Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling; experience with BI tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and modern planning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and communicate them effectively.
• A structured, self-directed work approach with a high commitment to quality.
• Negotiation-level fluency in both German (C1+) and English.
