Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will drive initiatives to enhance and digitize business processes by engaging with stakeholders and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify process enhancement opportunities including automation and digital transformation.
• Analyze current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes, documenting findings and recommendations.
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog prioritization and ensure alignment on requirements across product and engineering teams.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical units to facilitate clear communication and understanding.
• Assist in planning product roadmaps and participate in product strategy discussions.
• Participate actively in solution validation, including user acceptance testing and post-delivery reviews.
• Prepare professional presentations, dashboards, and comprehensive business documentation for executives and stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment meetings, workshops, and discussions addressing cross-cultural global environments.
• Utilize structured analysis and data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven and software development projects.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and conducting discovery workshops.
• Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and engaging executive-level stakeholders.
• Background in industrial or manufacturing contexts.
• Proficient user of Azure DevOps and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cognite Data Fusion or analogous platforms.
• Consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PSM, or CSM in Business Analysis, Agile, or Scrum disciplines.
• Hands-on experience supporting digital transformation in industrial settings.
