Job description
Role Overview
A prominent government organization is undergoing a decade-long transformation that will impact every area of its operations. To support this extensive change, a significant emphasis is placed on data management and governance. The organization is seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to join their team and address critical workloads related to data quality, management, and processes.
Key Areas of Expertise
- Senior Business Analyst - Data Quality: Responsible for the operational and technical setup of data quality management. This includes gathering business definitions and data quality rules, creating comprehensive data dictionaries, building profiling datasets using SQL within Snowflake, and configuring rules directly in tools like Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
- Senior Business Analyst: Acts as a liaison between business requirements and technical solutions throughout the transformation initiatives involving Data Quality, Data Mastery, and Master Data Management. Duties include leading workshops, defining user and business requirements, mapping data concepts, performing impact assessments, and ensuring testing and quality assurance throughout projects.
- Senior Business Process Analyst: Concentrates on documenting and mapping current and future state business processes and data flows. This is especially vital for implementing Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality frameworks. Proficiency in BPMN is used to design workflows, identify gaps, and structure process rules suitable for system configuration and automation.
Application and Equal Opportunity
The organization values diversity and equal employment opportunities and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. Interested candidates are invited to get in touch to discuss the role further.
