Job Overview
An established consulting company is looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to assist a major Saudi bank on a loans management project. This role involves a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension, based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and must be willing to work on location throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document business and functional requirements from diverse business and IT stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
- Analyze and map current processes related to the bank's lending operations.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on requirements and facilitate decision making.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in the rollout of lending system solutions.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector is essential.
- Previous involvement in loans or lending management is highly preferred.
- Arabic language fluency is mandatory for effective communication with local stakeholders.
- Strong capability in producing detailed BRDs and FRDs.
- Excellent skills in process mapping and managing stakeholder workshops.
- Availability to work onsite in Riyadh for the full contract duration.
