Xeinadin is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join its Kildare office on a permanent basis. The role sits within a collaborative team and supports a broad SME client portfolio. What you will do

  • Prepare financial statements that reflect business income and spending.
  • Record payments, invoices, income, and receipts in accounting systems or databases, and maintain digital filing of source documents.
  • Handle expense processing and related bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support month-end accounting activities.
  • Manage VAT return preparation and submission tasks.
  • Carry out general administrative duties as needed.
