Marketing Manager - Ireland

Role overview

Xeinadin is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity in Ireland. This position will focus on planning and delivering marketing support for key service lines, including Assurance, Tax, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, and Financial Services, while working closely with regional office teams. The role offers the opportunity to shape a new marketing team and expand marketing investment in Ireland.

What you will do

• Act as the main marketing contact for HMPs and AMPs across Xeinadin Ireland, ensuring marketing activity delivers value in line with partner expectations.
• Lead regular updates so HMPs and AMPs are informed about marketing activity, outputs, and results.
• Build and execute marketing plans for Ireland across service, industry, and local market segments.
• Create regional and local marketing materials that support service promotion.
• Plan, coordinate, and support events and webinars.
• Prepare customised pitch and tender documents for high-value opportunities.
• Support PR activity and help drive campaign performance.
• Manage local client and prospect databases and run email marketing campaigns.
• Develop content that strengthens local and national messaging as well as brand visibility.
• Deliver activities included in agreed marketing plans.
• Handle local marketing requests from regional teams and ensure timely follow-up and approval.
• Attend office meetings regularly to represent the Marketing function and act as the main support for local marketing needs.

What we are looking for

You should have at least 3 years of experience in professional services or a similar B2B environment. A solid grasp of digital marketing is important, including web, SEO, UX, GA, LLMs, and GEO. You should also bring proven experience in regional and national marketing work, strong presentation skills, and hands-on exposure to email marketing tools and database management. Experience creating content for tender submissions and high-value proposals is also required.

Employment details

This is a permanent position based in Dublin, Ireland. The working model is hybrid. Salary is listed as competitive.
