Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Billing Engineer to efficiently manage and execute billing operations aligned with project progress at our Delhi-NCR location. This role involves overseeing all billing documentation and ensuring compliance with contractual and project specifics.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit running account (RA) bills, final bills, and client invoices based on the progress of the project.
Conduct site measurements to verify executed work quantities against drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Maintain comprehensive billing records, measurement sheets, and related documentation.
Compile BOQ comparisons, conduct rate analyses, and prepare claims for variations.
Manage records concerning GST, work orders, and contracts to ensure proper documentation.
Ensure that all billing processes adhere strictly to contract clauses and project specifications.
Monitor payments, track outstanding dues, and perform reconciliation of client ledger accounts.
Proactively follow up to secure necessary certifications and facilitate timely payment releases.
Assist with cost control measures and track budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems to streamline billing and reporting tasks.
Generate detailed weekly and monthly billing reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in preparing RA bills, final bills, and managing complete billing cycles.
Proficiency in site measurement techniques and verification of quantities against BOQ.
Strong record-keeping skills, including documentation for GST and contracts.
Ability to perform BOQ comparison, rate analysis, and manage variation claims.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP software for billing and reporting purposes.
Good understanding of contract terms and project specifications to ensure compliance.
Skills in payment tracking, ledger reconciliation, and managing outstanding dues.
Capable of preparing structured reports and collaborating with management on billing matters.
