Role overview
A major international law firm is looking for a Senior AV Delivery Specialist to take charge of the planning, deployment, and handover of advanced audiovisual solutions across a large global office network. The role focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality AV environments that support collaboration and an excellent user experience.
Project details
- Assignment length: 12 months, with a possibility of being extended.
- Working pattern: 5 days a week, full-time.
- Location split: around 80% in Frankfurt and 20% remote.
Responsibilities
- Create, deploy, and fine-tune AV setups for conferencing, presentations, and collaboration use cases.
- Run AV initiatives from early planning through final delivery while keeping to schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver AV solutions that match global standards.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of AV hardware in meeting rooms, auditoriums, and office areas.
- Identify and fix technical faults quickly to limit disruption to day-to-day business.
- Handle upgrades, maintenance activities, and ongoing enhancements to AV platforms and spaces.
- Connect AV solutions with IT systems, networking components, and collaboration tools.
- Train users and support internal teams with hands-on technical guidance.
- Maintain project records, status updates, and stakeholder communication across all delivery stages.
- Coordinate international teams and resources to complete multi-site AV rollouts successfully.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in AV delivery, AV engineering, or a closely related role within demanding, multi-site environments.
- Deep understanding of audiovisual systems, room integration, and workplace collaboration technology.
- Practical experience with AV devices such as control systems, displays, audio equipment, and conferencing hardware.
- Exposure to platforms like Cisco, Crestron, Q-SYS, or comparable AV ecosystems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and engineering documents accurately.
- Project management exposure, including coordination with stakeholders and external vendors.
- Working knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure as it relates to AV deployments.
- Professional certifications such as CTS or AVIXA are strongly preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, planning, and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
Additional information
This is a 12-month contract assignment in the legal sector, with the possibility of extension. The role is structured as a full-time engagement over 5 working days per week. The position is based in Frankfurt with a hybrid arrangement of roughly 80% on-site and 20% remote.
