  • Help launch and refine new experiential formats and pilot programs, including reporting that informs future decisions.

Activations and Partnerships

  • Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and partnerships that increase visibility and engagement while supporting business goals.
  • Support coordination of collaborations and outside partnerships, including co-marketing opportunities that expand brand reach.
  • Help build brand awareness through culturally relevant efforts in fashion, music, and lifestyle communities.

Retail Experience and Services

  • Contribute to the creation of tools and materials such as event guides and toolkits to support consistent execution in stores.

Brand and Creative Collaboration

  • Work with creative and marketing partners on campaign ideas, store environments, and activations.
  • Make sure brand standards are maintained across all deliverables and activations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and production partners when needed, including brief and run-of-show calls to keep programs and events on track.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, merchandising, creative, and operations on major brand experience projects.
  • Support seasonal planning and help the Director of Brand Experience meet key milestones.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create seamless and consistent brand experiences across channels.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, retail, experiential work, or a related area, ideally in fashion or lifestyle.
