Overview
Koforidua Technical University invites applications for the role of Senior Assistant Development Officer. This position demands a proactive, seasoned professional with expertise in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Civil Engineering, embodying excellent judgement, initiative, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Works and Physical Development in managing the operations of the Works and Physical Development office in alignment with the Technical Universities Act 2016 (Act 922) and related regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a research Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Civil Engineering along with pertinent professional certifications.
- Demonstrate a minimum of six years’ experience serving as an Assistant Development Officer or equivalent role in a university or comparable institution.
- Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
- Applicants must provide research publications and supporting documents for assessment by two external evaluators.
