About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Analyst and Associate level professionals currently engaged in investment banking to explore potential opportunities within our Melbourne team. This position emphasizes advanced financial modeling and comprehensive transaction support under guidance from seasoned experts, encouraging innovative and strategic thinking beyond traditional numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions.
• Prepare detailed financial models and conduct thorough financial and industry analyses.
• Develop external marketing materials and internal reporting documentation essential for transaction processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a university degree or its equivalent in Finance or related fields, with a track record of excellent academic achievement.
• Minimum of two years practical investment banking experience focused on deal or transaction support.
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Highly motivated with evident leadership and management skills.
• Excellent team player adept at collaborating within dynamic team environments.
