Role Overview

The Senior Account Manager position, based onsite in Harare, entails managing and expanding pivotal employer accounts affiliated with the Job Connect platform. Responsibilities include nurturing enduring client relationships, comprehending employer recruitment requirements, and advising on optimal hiring strategies. This role requires overseeing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring precise and timely job postings, and monitoring the performance of recruitment campaigns to maximize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide insightful, data-driven recommendations.
  • Address and resolve client-related issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product departments, to enhance client experience and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth by expanding service offerings within existing relationships.
  • Contribute to refining processes that ensure a high-quality and efficient recruitment service.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience managing key or strategic client accounts with strong relationship management skills.
  • Capabilities in business development and consultative sales, adept at recognizing growth prospects and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, able to present complex insights to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical proficiency to interpret recruitment or business data and formulate practical recommendations.
  • Extensive experience or background in recruitment, human resources, staffing, or related fields is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of online job boards, software-as-a-service platforms, or digital marketplaces adds value.
  • Commitment to work onsite in Harare and to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects with meticulous attention to detail.
