Job description
About the role
This position is part of the Amazon-focused team and combines strategic ownership of key accounts with relationship management across Amazon’s partner network. You will take end-to-end responsibility for the company’s most important client relationships while also building strong connections with Amazon partner teams to support future lead generation. The role mixes client-facing strategy with hands-on account execution, so it is best suited to someone who is comfortable leading senior conversations and managing the operational details behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of revenue and relationships across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, with accountability for retention, growth, and account health.
- Develop and strengthen trusted partnerships with Amazon partner teams so the company becomes a preferred referral partner; travel in market when required.
- Run strategic discussions with clients, especially senior decision-makers such as directors and C-suite leaders.
- Lead pre-sales planning, account analysis, reporting, and quarterly business reviews for assigned accounts.
- Oversee the internal and technical aspects of account handling, including platform tools, agency onboarding, and RFP workflows.
- Bring client feedback and needs to Product and Partnerships to influence improvements and new features.
- Work closely with Media Ops, Partnerships, Product, and the Strategy team.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in account development, account management, or sales, preferably in ad tech or digital media.
- Good understanding of the advertising and ad tech sales cycle, customer behavior, and the wider ecosystem, including DSPs and SSPs; experience with Amazon DSP is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts and large-scale client relationships worth millions.
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and working in a relationship-led, partner/channel-oriented environment rather than through cold outreach.
- Practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn internal systems and tools.
- Strong writing, speaking, and consultative communication abilities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Preferred background includes knowledge of ad serving technology and data management platforms, experience growing accounts through retention and cross-sell, interest in or experience managing people, and a history of introducing scalable process or performance improvements.
Benefits
- Employer-paid healthcare for employees at 100%, with 50% coverage for dependents, including medical, dental, and vision.
- Remote work flexibility with support for a home office, internet costs, and wellness expenses.
- Unlimited paid time off.
- A recurring three-day weekend each month.
- Monthly coffee or tea subscription.
