Job Overview
Moneylicious Investments and Consulting Services is looking to hire Semi Voice Executives to handle customer queries primarily via voice calls and some email correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer support queries efficiently, with an emphasis on voice communication (approximately 80% phone calls and 20% emails).
- Provide accurate and prompt solutions to customer issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have completed graduation.
- Both freshers and candidates with experience are welcome to apply.
- Typing speed should be between 30 and 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Willingness to work six days a week with one rotational off day.
- Availability for shift-based work schedule.
