Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Self-Owned Vehicle Safety Supervisor to uphold and enforce our organization's safety regulations within the Greater Accra Region. The role requires vigilant adherence to company discipline and safety mandates, assuming direct accountability for safety measures pertaining to self-owned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand and strictly comply with all company policies, safety rules, and labor discipline regulations without exceptions.
• Take personal responsibility for maintaining safety standards in the assigned position concerning self-owned vehicle operations.
• Execute directives and regulations related to safe production as issued by senior management teams.
• Monitor and ensure the enforcement of safety policies, providing timely reports and guidance.
• Collaborate closely with the safety department to direct and oversee safety operations within workshops.

Qualifications

• A minimum education level of Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
