About the Role

Take full responsibility for one of OffSeq's security-focused products, transforming operational security insights into actionable product strategies. Drive improvements on Radar, Breach, or Guard products to empower internal teams relying on these tools.

Primary Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Radar, Breach, or Guard.
Convert operational security insights into prioritized user stories and clear requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineers, security experts, and designers to implement significant product enhancements.
Engage in discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to validate challenges before development cycles.
Oversee delivery by managing the backlog, sprint planning, and ensuring achievable scope, quality, and timelines.
Analyze product adoption and impact metrics to inform roadmap updates and improvements.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three years’ experience as a product owner or product manager, ideally within technical or B2B SaaS environments.
Proven ability to guide products from initial concept through to successful market release with measurable user engagement and results.
Competence in collaborating with engineering teams and evaluating technical trade-offs effectively.
Strong skills in prioritization, written communication, and stakeholder relationship management.
Adequate cybersecurity knowledge to credibly oversee security-related products.
Fluent English communication; knowledge of Latvian is a plus.

Preferred Additional Skills

Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or developer tools sectors.
Hands-on experience with agile product delivery platforms such as Jira or Linear.
Background in technical or design disciplines.
